Bootcamp in the Park
About this Event
Join us for a FREE 60-minute full-body strength + conditioning bootcamp designed to help prepare our bodies for pulling a 737 airplane at DIA in Support of the Special Olympics Colorado!
This workout will focus on building the strength, power, endurance, and teamwork needed for the big day, while still being a fun and challenging class on its own.
All ability levels are welcome, and you do NOT need to be participating in the plane pull to join us. Whether you’re training for the event, supporting the team, or just looking for a great workout, we’d love to have you there.
MJ and Sam will be leading the bootcamp, so you’ll be in good hands with exercise demonstrations, form instruction, and modifications as needed to make the workout approachable and effective for everyone.
