Hello beautiful soul,Do you want to learn how to walk with confidence, how to move in a beautiful seductive way and how to enjoy that naughty, playful side of yourself?
Embracing my sensual self has given me so much joy, energy and self-acceptance. And because I want you to experience that too, I have created this bootcamp to share with you what I’ve learnt on this journey so far.
I will explain techniques, do movement exercises and teach you a choreography… but the essence of this bootcamp lies in the feeling, the enjoyment and the connection with the music. If this resonates with you, come through and let’s have some fun together!

Yes, it’s beginner friendly!
The class takes place at a kizomba studio but you do not need any kizomba experience - it’s a separate style.
Always bring kneepads or clothing that provides a bit of cushioning for your knees in case we get into some floorwork.
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and avoid pants that sit too tight so that your booty and hips have all the space they need to whine and jiggle.
If you don’t feel comfortable wearing heels but you would love to take part in this bootcamp, don’t worry. Some sections of the bootcamp will be dedicated to me explaining techniques on how to move in heels, but you are always welcome in flat shoes/ barefoot as well.
