About this Event

This class starts on Wednesday, 1/7.

Our class is designed for those looking to take care of themselves through moderate exercise.This 3 days/week in-person course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which the training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power. The course, running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, will start on Wednesday, 1/7 and run through 3/27. Class is from 6:50 am to 7:50 am and will meet at the small gym, room 2501, on the main campus, or at a location decided upon by the instructor.

- Regular day: Park in Student Lot 2A.

- Track day: Park in Student Lot 1.

Parking will be free in the Foothill campus parking lots for Winter 2026.
