Bootcamp for Fall 2024 (3x/week, Mon, Wed, Fri) 6:00 am start

Our class is designed for those looking to take care of themselves through moderate exercise.
This 3 days/week in-person course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which the training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power.
The course, running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, will start September 23rd and run through December 13th. Class is from 6:00 am to 7:00 am and will meet in the pool deck area at the main campus, or as decided upon by the instructor.

Instructor Stacey Roper will email the weekly schedule on the Sunday before the week starts.

- Track day or Campus Circuit day: Park in Student Lot 1.

- Fitness Center day, spinning day, or gym day: Park in Student Lot 2A.
