Join the Boosting the Benefits Sleep (BBS) course – a friendly, in-person course which focuses on how we can get a good night’s sleep every night. Based on books: Why we sleep by Prof. Matthew Walker and Sleep – Harness the power of sleep for optimal health & wellbeing by Petra Hawker.
Key topics include:
- Tackling insomnia & sleep-related problems
- Good sleep ‘hygiene’ & sleep strategies
- The impact of not getting enough sleep
This is an in-person interactive course with a friendly, informal style. We hear from others how practical tips suggested by the course have helped tackle challenges. Attendees are given a workbook & handouts.
The course is part of series of seven regular courses known as ‘Positive Life Courses’.
