We encourage attendees to enter through the main entrance of the High School.

• Review of recent fundraising efforts and successes.
• Planning for upcoming winter sports events and tournaments.
• Initiatives to support Bay Port Athletic Teams and Clubs.
• Budget review and approval of spending requests for athletic programs.
• Volunteer Sign-ups for the Winter and Spring Seasons!
✨ Volunteer Opportunities
We are actively seeking volunteers to help support our Pirates during the upcoming Winter and Spring seasons! Come to the meeting to sign up for roles like:
• Winter Season (In progress): Concessions help for Basketball (Boys & Girls), Hockey (Boys & Girls), and Wrestling events.
• Spring Season (Planning): Concessions, ticket taking, and event setup for Baseball, Softball, Track, Soccer (Girls), Tennis (Boys), and Lacrosse.
• General Support: Fundraising committees, communications/social media, and Booster Club event planning.
Your time directly supports the equipment, facilities, and scholarships for all Bay Port student-athletes!

All parents, guardians, teachers, coaches, staff, and community members who are passionate about supporting our Pirate Athletic Teams and Clubs are welcome! Whether you're a long-time member or brand new, your input is valuable.
