Born Torrence Hatch Jr. in 1982, Lil Boosie, also known as Boosie Badazz, is anAmerican rapper who started his career in the 1990s. He was a member of the Southern hip hop group Concentration Camp before going solo in 2000 with his debut album Youngest of da Camp. His early 2000s work, including albums like Bad Azz (2006) and SuperBad (2009), established his reputation for a rough sound, shrill voice, and synths. Pimp C of UGK gave him an early boost in his career.
