Join New Carlisle Library and Best Friends Pet Assisted Therapy Dogs at Smith Park for our annual BOOS, BOOKS, & BARKS at the Park! Dress up in costume and bring the whole family for Trick-or-Treating along the bike path. Each station of our Storywalk will have a therapy dog in costume to pass out treats to you! We will have games and refreshments in the Shelterhouse during the event.
