* Membership and recruitment supplies
* Program planning tools for the year ahead
This is your opportunity to gather everything you need—in one place—to launch a strong, energized season for your Pack, Troop, Crew, or Ship.
SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER: Sean Magennis
Executive Vice President of Membership Engagement, Scouting America (Scouts BSA & Cub Scouts)
Sean Magennis will lead a dynamic, practical session covering:
* Road mapping your Scouting year
* Recruitment strategies that deliver results
* Financial planning through effective popcorn sales
* Program development that retains and engages youth
