Join us at Carmichael’s for Bookstore Romance Day. The day will consist of crafts, goodies for sale from Barret Babes, a self love workshop with Katarina Hoskins, and romantasy trivia. Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed in your best romance novel attire! Join us for part or stay all day. We’d LOVE for you to join us!
Trivia teams can be up to 6 people. Space is limited to 8 teams, so sign up quickly! Please note that only one person per team needs to register for trivia.
Event Timeline:
3:00-3:45: Crafts, button making, and shopping from Barret Babes.
4:00-5:30: Becoming Your Own Favorite Love Story: An evening of books, reflection, and self-romance with Katarina Hoskins.
5:45-6:45: Romantasy Trivia.
About the Workshop:
Katarina Hoskins is a sexuality educator, graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy, and founder of Reclaiming Sex Ed. Through inclusive, evidence-informed workshops, she helps people build healthier relationships with themselves, their bodies, and others. Her work blends psychology, sexuality education, and compassion to create engaging, approachable conversations about topics that are often left out of traditional education.
