Books at Bowers: Touring Through the Pages is a Bowers Docent Guild sponsored book club that pairs a topical book with a museum art experience.
April’s book club pick is Kaikeyi by Vaishnavi Patel, a richly imagined debut inspired by ancient Indian myths. The novel reclaims the story of a misunderstood queen who rises from overlooked princess to powerful warrior and diplomat, determined to shape a better world for women. Join us for a lively discussion followed by a docent-led tour.
