Bookmaking Intermediate Workshop

In this one-day workshop participants will learn the Coptic Stitch technique for sewing multiple signatures of paper together to create a book with a decorative, open spine. We will create our own hard covers and explore some of the design options this bookbinding technique offers in a supportive and creative learning environment.
This course is an excellent follow-up to Bookmaking for Beginners, or for anyone who is looking to explore bookbinding or artist books.
Course fee includes most materials needed, there will still be some items learners need to supply.
