Booked & Connected is more than a book club! It's a welcoming community where stories spark friendships. Whether you're an avid reader or simply looking for a fun night out, you'll enjoy thoughtful conversations, plenty of laughter, and meeting people who share your love of books.

✨ Every event includes a featured book, engaging discussion, complimentary champagne, and our signature night-sky lights that create a warm, cozy atmosphere. Come on your own or bring a friend—everyone is welcome.

A new book is selected each month, and Lucie will email all attendees with the current selection.

Don't worry if you haven't finished, or even started, the book. We spend only about 20 minutes discussing it, with the rest of the evening dedicated to fun activities, conversation, and getting to know one another. You're welcome to attend regardless.

💻 Can't make it in person? Select events will also offer a Zoom option, making it easy for readers outside San Diego to join the discussion.

Lucie Benton is a contemporary romance author, founder of a San Diego publishing company, and a publishing consultant. If you're writing a book of your own, you're invited to stay after the event for complimentary advice on writing, publishing, or book marketing.
