Book Week Scotland: Hope or Nope? A Jacobite Family Session

Meet award-winning author Barbara Henderson in this interactive jam-packed family session combining readings, drama, period costume/weapons and crafts, as well as a book signing. The event will include light refreshments.

Hear excerpts from the Jacobite adventure novel The Reluctant Rebel, featuring the Battle of Culloden and the hope that kept Bonnie Prince Charlie alive during his months on the run - and make your own Jacobite white cockade.

Suitable for children ages 6 and up. Each ticket allows for one free adult in to the event. All children are to be supervised by their parent or guardian.
