Looking for your next great read? Join us for a unique “Book Tasting” experience; think wine tasting, but with books instead of booze!Our chefs (aka our super cool and fun librarians) have curated four "Tasting Menus", each featuring a selection of books tied to a theme (or “course”). You’ll get to sample each menu, take notes, chat with fellow readers, and check out the titles that catch your eye.
Tasting Menus include:
Amuse-bouche: Books under 200 pages
Fusion: Genre mashups
International Fare: Translated works or books by authors from outside the U.S.
Dessert: Romance
This event is for adults only, and registration is required. Bring your library card and your curiosity. We can’t wait to help you discover your next favorite read!
Additional Info:
Chocolate treats will be provided. Due to handling of books, no other food will be served. Drinks available for purchase at Trish and Mary’s Pub, just down the hall.
