Book Swap in the Barn

Join us in our Historic Bank Barn to cozy up, read, and swap books. We will have hot chocolate available to stay warm. Local award-winning children's book author, Kristy High, will be reading one of her books at 1:30pm.

Bundle up your little ones and feel free to bring a blanket to sit comfortably on a hay bale or the floor and read together. Guests are encouraged to bring books to swap if able. But if you are unable to bring a book, you are still welcome to attend and take home books!

This event is to kick off Cincy Reads, a city-wide reading challenge to promote literacy! The challenge runs from March 1 - March 31, with the goal of reading a collective 513,000 minutes. Individuals are encouraged to read 513 minutes (about 17 minutes per day) during the month of March. You can join the challenge by visiting https://cincinnatilibrary.beanstack.org/reader365
