Tuesday drop off and set up books
Wednesday and Thursday sales 12-6pm
1/5/24 Friday mandatory pickup 10-2pm
Books not picked up by 2pm will be charged $1/per book charged against earnings
Register “insert jotform here” by 6/2/24 4pm
Drop pre-labeled/priced books by 6/24/14 2pm
(Books must be clearly labeled with barcode/price etc via rose software program)
Avery stickers can be picked up at the bookstore for printing at home
Checks to consignors will be processed 2-4 weeks after event
Consignors/store split 40/60%
By participating I agree:
Items myst be clearly labeled
There is risk involved with public events, such as theft, loss, and damage. I accept this risk.
I will behave kindly to staff, this is our second event like this and need to practice patience as we are all learning something new.
Items not picked up in allotted pick up time will be charged $1 against my earnings for the event.
Checks will be written as soon as bookkeeping can be completed likely 2-4 weeks.
I have provided my correct mailing address where I want my check mailed.
If I have opted my earnings be donated to either of the listed charities I have indicated that information in the notes section of this form.
