Longmont Book Swap Society hosts book swap events for people to pass along their books in exchange for new (to them) books to take home.

🎟️ $5 RSVP REQUIRED! 🎟️ THIS EVENT IS FOR ALL AGES

Optional Painting Add-Ons 🎨

Painting is not required! If you just want to swap books and mingle, that is perfectly fine. If you are feeling creative, you can jump into one of these beginner-friendly activities at the event:

• Snack Classic ($15): A 60-minute drop-in class featuring step-by-step expert guidance to create a mini painting on a 5"x7" canvas board.
• Technique LAB ($8): A self-guided session where you can pick two colors and practice your skills on a 5"x7" canvas board.

Note: You can choose from a selection of book-inspired paintings or a range of other fun subjects! Expert instructors will be in the room to help you along the way.

How Do Our Book Swap Events Work? 📚🤔

Step 1: 📖 Please bring at least one book to participate, feel free to bring more if you'd like

Step 2: 👋 Check in with the host and lay out your books on the designated tables

Step 3: 🧐 Browse through other people’s books

Step 4: 🛍️ You may grab up to four new (to you) books to take home per person

Step 5: ☕ Mingle with fellow book lovers and support the venue

Step 6: ♻️ The leftover books get circulated back into future Book Swap events and donated to Little Free Libraries
