Stop by MCPL Wausau during our book sale—hosted by the Friends of MCPL—and you just might find your next treasured item: a book, a movie or something else from the wide variety of materials available! Our book sale room is packed to the gills with thousands of items that can be yours for low prices. All proceeds from these Friends sales go right back to MCPL to fund all the great programming we do throughout the year, so it’s a win-win for you and MCPL!The sale will first welcome members of the Friends only on Wednesday, February 4 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 p.m. If you’re not a member, you can fill out an application found online and bring it with you, or join on the spot! After that, the sale is open to anyone and everyone on Thursday, February 5 from 9:30 am to 7:30 p.m. and Friday, February 6 from 9:30 am to 4:30 p.m. We’ll finish with our popular $6 bag sale on Saturday, February 7 from 9:30 am to 3:30 p.m.

How to become a member:
Anyone can become a Friends member by filling out an application at the library's Wausau headquarters or downloading and mailing in an application. You can even sign up right at the sale!
