An event like no other - live readings from the new spiritual-erotic BOOK OF LOVE, accompanied by live flamenco music and dance.
This summer, author Robert Stanley Adams is travelling across Canada on VIA Rail to celebrate the publication of his seminal collection, BOOK OF LOVE. He will be in attendance at the Saskatoon launch of this epic journey, taking place at Art Bar on Thursday August 27 at 7pm.
Spiritual and openly erotic, BOOK OF LOVE is a meditation on intimacy, memory, and union that reads as much like prayer as desire. Robert spent 20 years writing the collection, which he considers his life’s work.
Accompanying Robert on this cross-Canada journey are his daughter, nationally celebrated global music singer and dancer Tamar Ilana, his one-year-old grand-daugher, Aayla, and their dear friend, writer and professional flamenco dancer Lia Grainger.
Tamar and Lia will perform live flamenco music and dance in honour of the book, and Robert and special guests will read from BOOK OF LOVE. Food and drinks will be available.
