Dear All, I would love if you could join me to celebrate the launch my new children's novel 'The Spirit of Loughmoe Abbey' on Sunday 28th September at 3p.m. in Ardgillan Castle, Balbriggan, County Dublin. The castle is known to be haunted so it's the perfect venue to celebrate my book about a mysterious spirit in a boarding school!The Spirit of Loughmoe Abbey is suitable for chldren aged 10+, and will be of particular interest to those who find school challenging. My main character Gwen is useless at school work and games. She finds it difficult to make friends and believes she has no talents. It is only when she encounters a mysterious ghost that her life begins to change.
This book took me years to write. Gwen kept me company during the lockdown years, while my Dad was sick in hospital and after he passed away. The writing kept me going. I am so grateful for this story and proud of it too
