I wrote this book to show people there’s a way out of the survival anxiety that is killing all of us. Working over four decades in longevity, I’ve looked at everything that ages us. And there are many factors. But nothing breaks us down physically, nothing stunts our emotional and spiritual growth like the pressure and drive of living within the system of survival.

The problem is we’ve lived this way so long, we think it’s normal. We think it’s the only way. But it’s not the only way, and that’s what I’m going to show you in this book. You can get out from under the burdens of survival and the results are miraculous.

I know because about four years ago I had an experience that changed me, and consequently altered my entire way of life. And I’m so grateful for this. It’s not an exaggeration to say I was reborn. I took on a new way of thinking, a new way of feeling, and a new way of being. Without the trauma of survival. And in this book, you’ll learn how this change happened to me.

When people hear about change, they tend to think it has to be tough. The bigger the change, the bigger the struggle. No pain, no gain and all that. But this transformation has been entirely without pain. It’s been nothing but joy and creation and that continues to this day. That’s why I want to share it with you. Because if we’re going to live our full potential for longevity, we need a strength and faith and joy that is sustainable. Not just for today, but for the long term. And that’s what this book is about.
