Join us for an inspiring evening as Dr. John Ng unveils his latest book, Supercharge Your T.E.A.M — Adding the EXTRA to the ORDINARY.Over the past 30 years, in his work with senior executives and emerging leaders across Asia, he has observed a recurring set of challenges:
• Why is my team so exhausted and unmotivated?
• Why is trust so difficult to build—and so easy to lose?
• Why does synergy feel elusive, even when we have good people?
These are not merely management issues.
They are leadership and relationship issues that sit at the heart of every organisation—corporations, family businesses, ministries, and community institutions alike.
Supercharge Your T.E.A.M: Adding the EXTRA to the ORDINARY distills decades of consulting experience with organisations such as Singapore Airlines, IBM, BDMS, Far East Hospitality, the Ministry of Education, and many others. The book integrates real corporate case studies, proven frameworks, and field-tested tools built around four essential pillars:
The Four Pillars of Extraordinary Teams
• Transforming Leadership – The engine that drives purpose and performance
• Emotionally Engaging Relationships – The glue that strengthens trust and cohesion
• Aligning Roles & Responsibilities – The clarity needed for synergy and accountability
• Mastering Systems & Processes – The design that enables consistency and excellence
This is not just another leadership book.
It is a practical roadmap for leaders who want to build resilient, aligned, emotionally engaged, and future-ready teams.
