My book is not only an honest and entertaining read, it holds a mirror up to the reader. It offers the opportunity to gain awareness, new perspectives, and for those living a life tired of the same old cycles and patterns but don't know where to start to create change, this book guides you. Each chapter offers deep prompts of reflection, journalling and exercises. The work is there to do for those that wish to. I would love to meet anyone interested in my work, and wanting to support me as I make a difference for others the way mentors and other authors made a difference for me. This work matters, especially in today's world. This is my contribution to bringing healing, peace, and love into the world and reminding others of their worth, you matter.
