BEFORE, we follow Nadia DuPont, a third-year Diviner trying to survive her final year of college amidst her worsening chronic illness, her newfound relationship with her partner Simone, and how this all causes conflict with her best friend Etienne. AFTER, we follow Simone Allard, a second-year Abjuror on the hunt for answers after Nadia disappears and Etienne is almost killed in a monster attack.
