BODY KEEPS SCORE BOOK CLUB UPDATE!When: Wednesday Aug 13 630-930
Where: Take A Break 2625 W Bruneau Pl #112 Kennewick
Cost: $100 will include all supplies, even if you have a book...can make payments if needed! When you text me just let me know...I do need $25 to sign you up because there is a lot of interest!
I will have stuff for you to pick up the week before we start!
This is not a typical book club!!! There will be cussing, crying, yelling, and activities that may make you stretch in your comfortability! You will get to choose to participate in activities or not and will not be forced to do anything you don't want to do or talk about things you don't want to talk about
We will not be doing therapy sessions in group. I will ask everyone to either have a therapist or a support team established. If you need help with resources I can help with that!
We will be going through the book, I will have study questions and topics, we will be doing activities, learning new tools and creating a safe community to share, grow and learn together!!! There will be some rules one being confidentiality in the group and what is said in group stays in group!
