Professor Otto Lidenbrock, his nephew Axel, and an Icelandic guide, Hans, embark on a perilous expedition deep into an Icelandic volcano, following an ancient manuscript that claims to reveal a passage to the Earth's core; they encounter a subterranean world with prehistoric creatures, vast underground oceans, and luminous rocks, eventually escaping back to the surface through an active volcano on the journey to the Earth's center.Sounds like an adventure.
