Psychologist, Dr. Nicole LePera's book
"How to Be the Love You Seek".
This book is an empowering guide to transforming the way we approach love and relationships. Whether you are single, in a relationship, or simply on a personal growth journey, this book provides the framework to shift from seeking external validation to becoming the source of the source of love you need.
Six book club discussion sessions beginning Wednesday, February 26th, 6-7pm Central Time. In person discussion will be held at Hope and Healing Wellness Center, 6707 N Sheridan Road, Peoria, IL or you can join us via zoom. The cost for the six week book club is $15.00.
You will need to purchase the book separately.
There are 10 chapters in the book. The tentative discussion schedule is as follows:
