we wouldn’t be anywhere without this community, built on making new opportunities accessible to everyone! due to our high demand, we are introducing a late cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all members, old and new!

Why? we are so lucky to have sell-out events, and be able to put on so many free ones. too many last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean others miss out on the chance to attend. with waitlists growing up to nearly 100 people, we want to make sure our events remain accessible to those who genuinely intend to join.

How It Works:

• If you cancel within 48 hours of an event or are an unnotified no-show, it will be noted as a late cancellation.
• If you have two late cancellations, you’ll receive a friendly check-in. we want to make sure all is okay and if there are any barriers to your attendance!
• Three late cancellations = RSVP restriction for future events.
• If you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance, it will NOT count as a late cancellation—this allows us time to offer your spot to someone else.
