Her comic cozy mysteries, The Backyard Model Mysteries have earned awards from Killer Nashville, Eric Hoffer, and Shelf Unbound magazine. She has degrees from UW-Madison and Mount Mary University, and is on the board of the Wisconsin Writers Association and a member of Blackbird Writers, SCBWI, and the Wisconsin Chapter of Sisters in Crime. She’s also host of “The Wispresso Cafe,” an online author-talk produced by the Wisconsin Writers Association.
