Bonsai Bonanza with the Maryland Bonsai Association

Interested in learning more about Bonsais? Ever wanted to start caring for Bonsais, but did not know where to start? Come join the Enoch Pratt Free Library and the Maryland Bonsai Association in this crash course for getting your Bonsai boots on! Registration includes your very own Bonsai tree, pot, wire and soil. The class will teach you how to style your tree and keep it thriving.

The Maryland Bonsai Association's roots date back to the 1970's when a group of enthusiasts began to meet to share their common interest in Bonsai. Today our members share that same enthusiasm.

As the popularity and interest in Bonsai has grown, the club has continued to evolve and grow. We strive to assist members to increase their knowledge and skills, and to share with the community an appreciation of Bonsai and related arts.

Our members join us from all parts of Maryland, DC, Virginia. Pennsylvania and Delaware. We are proud that our name reflects the opportunities for new members to participate in a regional club.
