We begin as Maria guides us through an extended Bone Braise exploration. This is her self created heart opening and backbend specialty yoga experience intended to support in opening our spine to possibility and beauty. This practice will have layers in all movement planes in order to support beginners to very advanced practitioners. After our energy flow is moving from our asana practice, we will enter into a sacred circle with Sarah. Sarah leads us into a deep journey into our Heart Space practice with Elemental Immersion Sound, journaling and sharing, intended to invite our subconscious mind to raise our vital energy from our root to our crown.
Our practices in this special journey will support us in learning how to focus on expanding and moving this energy throughout our entire body, while strategically tasking and healing the nervous system. This awareness brings vitality, healing and inner connection to our energetic field in a whole new way.
Please bring a journal, pen, mug for hot liquid, extra pillows and blanket for meditation, cards, oils, and crystals for your journey. You will leave with an empowered new connection to your vital energy.
