Bond & Bloom: A Mother-Daughter Yoga, Art, and Tea Party

Celebrate Mother’s Day early with a unique Mother-Daughter Yoga, Art, and Tea Party this April—an unforgettable experience designed for mothers and caregivers with tween and teen daughters (ages 11-14). Strengthen your bond and celebrate the middle school years through creative art, playful moments, and meaningful relaxation in a fun, dedicated setting.

Info: Welcome to this special time to connect with your loved one. We'll start with a Name Game and Stuffie Toss. We'll learn Square Breathing, Ocean Breath, and choose a Positive Affirmation. We'll take turns introducing each other and their best qualities.

Info: You'll learn some fun and challenging partner poses to do together, both with your partner and with a peer. We'll play a game called Mermaids and Dolphins, do the Red Scarf Dance, and create human mandala shapes in group yoga poses.

Info: Whew! Yoga and movement games use a lot of energy, so let's stop and rehydrate and maybe grab a snack.

Info: Play with beautiful and sparkly watercolor palettes as you make a bookmark for your loved one and one for yourself!

Info: While you were painting, our Peach Tea was brewing and will be served in a variety of cute little paper teacups. Enjoy a variety of snacks and cookies from Two-Sticks Bakery, V/GF option available.
