A thick, flame-grilled jerk beef patty stacked with caramelized plantains, grilled pineapple, spicy mango-slaw, and molten pepper jack cheese. Drenched in our signature “Bomb Sauce” — a rum-spiked tamarind jerk aioli — and served on a toasted brioche bun.
