🎉We're opening our 29th year with a free day of community classes in Traditional Dance, Percussion (Bomba & Plena), Children's Coqui Dance, and Afro-Boricua Warrior Arts (Cocobalé).

Bomba, Plena y Mas is a community dance class for those who want to learn -- Bomba, Plena, and Montañas (Seis) -- traditional dances of Puerto Rico!
Bomba!!! Go fearlessly to the drum! Our Bomba dance to live barrile drums teaches pasos basico (basic steps) and piquettes for distinct Bomba rhythms. We help beginners develop their personal solo style to converse with the primo drummer!
Intermediate students are pushed beyond what they already know. Adult and Junior Performing Company members enjoy this intensive class that helps set their bomba solos apart!
For those who excel, there is an opportunity to join our Performing Company!
