TMK and Simon Weaver from Bolt Action MK present the Bolt Action One Box Challenge. A 500pt event on Sunday 13th September.
This one is interesting!
The idea is to playing with a single infantry box and the possible options you can make from it. Make sure to head to the community page (link below) and ask any questions in advance.
Now this, of course, needs to be adapted slightly due to nation restrictions, general rules, and the way the game actually plays so "technically" it's a 500pt Rifle Platoon tournament.... but you get the idea ;)
How much can you actually squeeze out your infantry platoon box?
This friendly event is suitable for anyone. New players, returning players, or those seasoned veterans out there.

Players Choice - Infantry or tank box of your choice
Best List - Infantry or tank box of your choice
First FUBAR - A Mystery Prize!
If this is your first event with us and you win either the Players choice or best list we'll switch out the infantry or tank box for an ENTIRE ARMY BOX!!!
In addition to our usual "players choice" award we will be looking closely at army lists!
The "Best list" prize will go to a player who has only used the contents of a single Warlord Games infantry box*. This will be Judged by our TO and store owner, Dale, who is also a fanatical BA player... Just sadly not in store.
*Does not need to be warlord games miniatures, alternate miniatures can be used, but to be eligible may only be made up of the contents of a single infantry box that would be available in a Warlord Games box.
(All prize choices must be in stock and on our shelves... We have most of the core ranges and items. Prizes are subject to change based on attendance numbers)

£17.50 Entry fee
10am Registration
10:20AM Registration Closes
10.30AM Games Start.
3 rounds played.
Each Round is 1 Hour 45m.
Round 1: 10.30am – 12.15pm
Break: 12.15pm – 12.45pm
Round 2: 12.45pm – 14.30pm
Break: 14.30pm – 15.00pm
Round 3: 15.00-16.45pm
+Army Creation+
Armies have a 500 point limit.
Your force may only be made from a single rifle platoon of your chosen nation.
30 miniatures MAX
10 order dice max using the current Bolt Action 3rd Edition rules and armies of books, if you bring a sub-nation please bring a copy that includes your armies national abilities.
Lists cannot be changed between rounds.
On the day please bring rulebooks, army books, army lists, dice bag, enough order dice for your force, tape measure, regular dice. If possible please bring a second colour order dice and objective markers with you.

Our entrance is located on Windsor St.
Free, on street park, available on Windsor St and Church St. There is also a a Free carpark 5 minutes walk located next to Saint Georges Church (Agora Parking on Google Maps)
We say this every time and don't know if anyone reads this low in the description.... Buuuuut a HUGE shout out to our TO Simon. We are grateful for his commitment to the hobby and in particular, Bolt Action. He continues to work very hard to put this all together even giving up his own place in tournaments when we're at odd numbers. This event in particular should challenge and push the list building skills of the community.
