Bollywood is a fusion of Indian classical dance forms with Western styles like hip hop, jazz, and funk, originating from Indian cinema. This dance style is known for its energetic moves, expressive gestures, and rich cultural storytelling.

With over 20 years of extensive training in both classical and Western dance forms, Geeta Tahiliani brings unparalleled expertise to her classes. Her performances are a captivating blend of artistic expression and cultural richness. In addition to being a celebrated dancer, Geeta is a celebrity trainer, corporate coach, and a certified Zumba, HIIT, and Yoga instructor.

In these Bollywood dance classes, participants will engage in a blend of traditional Indian and Western dance forms influenced by Bollywood cinema. The class will begin with warm-up activities and stretches to enhance flexibility and coordination. Students will learn beginner friendly choreographed routines set to popular Bollywood music, focusing on intricate footwork, expressive hand gestures, facial expressions, and dynamic body movements. Emphasis will be placed on storytelling through dance, allowing students to convey various emotions and characters. Additionally, Geeta will provide cultural insights into the songs and dance styles, enriching students' understanding of Bollywood dance as both an art form and cultural expression.
