Bollywood Fitness Classes with Mevy

Mevy offers weekly ladies only Bollywood Dance Fitness Classes every Thursday from September to November 28th, 12:30 to 13:15 at All Saints Church, Church Avenue, Highams Park E4 9QZ.

The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners, and costs £5 for a single class or £18 for four classes.

Participants can expect an energizing, fun, and friendly atmosphere where they can feel confident, meet new people, and have a positive experience.

Drop-ins welcome.

The classes are non-competitive and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace.
