Bollywood Dance Workshop: Beginner Friendly Session

We’ll be learning a choreography on the song Namak while focusing on expression, movement, confidence, and having fun together, absolutely no experience or expertise required.

• Warm-up & mobility
• Step-by-step choreography breakdown
• Choreography practice sessions
• Short break
• Individual & group video recordings (only if you’re comfortable)
• Cool-down & stretching

• Low-impact/intensity movement
