Start your morning with an invigorating and fun Bollywood Dance Workout! Bollywood Beats ground us in our bodies with the deep mind/body connection of yoga, while elevating our spirits (and heart rates) with upbeat cardio moves of Bollywood, rounding out our whole body fitness with conditioning from classical Indian dance traditions! Join us for a session that will leave you feeling exuberant, elevated, joyous, and fit! Open to all levels.

Shivani Thakkar is an award winning choreographer and master teacher with notable international credits in Hollywood, Bollywood, and on stage! Her roots in Indian classical and western dance styles give her an in-depth, holistic, perspective allowing her to make dance an accessible form of expression for everyone! Shivani is the artistic director of MKM Bollystars Dance Company and KriyaShakti Performing Arts. Credits include: Hollywood Bowl, Smithsonian Museum, LACMA, Nickelodeon, Disney, UTV Motion Pictures, Hulu, Macy’s, Citibank, LA Mayor’s Office, and more!
