What is BollyCardio?

This heart-pumping dance workout will keep you burning those calories while jamming it out to your favorite Bollywood songs! Our instructor will guide you through a warmup, followed by high energy Bollywood cardio steps and finish with a stretching cool-down leaving you wanting more.

For indoor training, we have a capacity limit. We ask that all participants arrive 5 MINUTES prior to class.

A few reminders for the students:

• Please come dressed in workout attire and wear cross-training shoes.
• Remember to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the session.
• For your comfort and safety, avoid consuming a full meal within two hours before the class.
• Please bring a Yoga Mat for your convenience during the BollyCardio Session

Supriya is a Bollywood dance fitness instructor and is certified in Bombay Jam (accredited by AFAA). With a commitment to providing a safe, effective, and fun workout, Supriya brings the authentic flavor of Bollywood dance to the fitness world.She firmly believes that "anybody can dance" and derives immense joy from witnessing her students' progress in both dance and fitness.
