What is BollyCardio?

This heart-pumping dance workout will keep you burning those calories while jamming it out to your favorite Bollywood songs! Our instructor will guide you through a warmup, followed by high energy Bollywood cardio steps and finish with a stretching cool-down leaving you wanting more.

Meet the Instructor, Kajal

Kajal Pathak is a licensed Zumba Instructor/Bollywood Dancer and Cardio Enthusiast! She is certified in Zumba by Strong and has over 5 years of teaching experience. Kajal was born and raised in the Nagpur and completed a Bachelors in Technology from Mumbai. Outside of dance, she is as a software engineer by profession and spends her free time traveling, hiking, painting, and hanging out with family and friends!

We ask that all participants arrive 5 MINUTES prior to class.
