Join us for a fun Bollywood dance based workout, designed to increase your heart rate and get you moving!
About this Event

Bolly-Crunch uses the dynamic and artistic elements of Bollywood film choreography to create a fun dance experience. It’s an easy and sociable way to keep fit and stay healthy! Classes include a warm up, upbeat choreography and a cool down.

You don’t have to be a great dancer, just come and have fun!

Classes can be purchased as a single/drop in OR as a Package which includes an extra class!
