Spend an afternoon with Kristina and Abby learning the art of adaptation. From this workshop, you'll learn the tools to support your yoga practice in moments of softness and strength. The workshop is broken up into three parts: open discussion and lecture about the rules of modification and how to utilize the props; 60 minute practice with a long and luxurious savasana and sound bath; and finally, reflection, journalling and closing circle.
