Shiva Mandir Adelaide is organizing 6th Bol Bam Yatra this year, popularly known as Kawad Yatra in since 2021. This festival is celebrated in month of Shrawn, dedicated to lord Shiva. It is believed whoever participates in this walk and fetch water and put in Shiva linga in this season, Shiva bless the soul of that person with abundance and growth. This is 7km walk from Shiva Mandir to Brighton Jetty and back to Mandir, resembling 7 lives of us we live. Thus we purify not just this life, we also ask for forgiveness of our past lives too for the ultimate mukti or mokshya. Our langer catering is supported by Niswarth Sewa Samiti Adelaide.
