I've designed our morning to bring women together through movement, connection, and community, featuring an energizing mat Pilates flow followed by a relaxed, social experience.

Expect a feel-good morning that includes:

• A 50-minute mat Pilates class designed for all levels and experience

9:30–10:00 AM Check-in & arrival
10:00–10:50 AM Mat Pilates class
