Bohemain Blade Level 2 - The Technician Training and option to Level up!

Level 2: The Technician

*Must be Boho Blade Level 1 Certified*

Bohemian Blade Level 2 literally takes things to a new level. Level 2 focuses on building strength, stamina, flexibility and dexterity. Participants are introduced to non-dominant forms, Belladonna's signature body balances, and a variety of floor work techniques and combinations. (All floor work is optional and based on interest and physical ability.)

Belladonna's unique sword belly dance program has been systematically designed to help you improve your strength, focus, technique, confidence and stage presence. It goes beyond the classroom and brings purpose and power to your practice and performances.

*Participants must be Level 1 Certified in the Bohemian Blade program.*

All times are listed in Eastern US (NYC) time and subject to some change.

Saturday, 10:00am-4:00pm Training.

Saturday, 5:30pm-7:00pm Sea of Swords Hafla. Dancers must participate if they plan to test, but do not have to perform with their sword.

Sunday, 11:00am-4:00pm Training.

Sunday, 4:30pm Certification Testing begins. Sign-up information will be emailed the week of the training.

Option to certify as a Boho Blade Technician!

**Passing your test means you will receive an official Level 2 Certificate, official Technician tank top, invitation to the Technician Facebook group, access to the Level 2 Technician Sharpen workshops, 1/2 price to repeate level 1 & 2 intensives, an invitation to the annual Boho Blade Ball events and the ability to progress to Level 3.

**Level 2 Primer training available before certification weekend. Rent Primer

** Please bring your sword, a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap and your notebook.

** Please bring knee pads (soft volleyball knee pads recommended), athletic pre-wrap/foam wrap and toe-less/heel-less socks suggested.
