We are having our 1st Annual Boerne Champion FFA Chili Cook-Off followed by a Brewery Tour�All Proceeds Benefit Your Local Boerne Champion FFA
Date: Friday January 24th
Time: Cook-Off at 6:30
Brewery Tour at 8:30pm
Where: Pure Country BBQ and Grill
Entertainment: Provided by Isaac Jacob sponsored by the Purple Heart Project

A Petting Zoo sponsored by Paisley's Pasture
Chili Cook-off Tickets: $5 or 5 for $20 purchased at the ticket booth during the event
Judging is done by the public using their tickets as a vote. The chili that ends the night with most most tickets Wins the Grand Champion Belt Buckle. Come out and eat some amazing chili and vote for your favorite!
Winning Prize: Chili Cook-off Grand Champion Belt Buckle & Bragging Rights
Entry Fees: None
*Must have a food handlers permit to compete. Temporary Day Permits are available at our local Health Department
Brewery Tour Info: A ribbon will be given for the first FFA Brewery Tour beer purchased at each stop per person
Raffles:
$20 for a Locally Raised Half A Steer from Ramblin Roads Farm (processing and processing fees not included). The hanging weight is approximately 180lbs so the take home meat should be about 100lbs cut to order. Support your local processor and gets the cuts you eat and the cuts you want.
$5 for the Surprise Raffle with multiple drawings throughout the night. This raffle includes things like four packs of burgers, dining for two from your local restaurants, wine baskets, and much more.
You can purchase raffle tickets from your local Champion FFA students, visiting Pure Country BBQ and Grill, or by stopping by our booth at the Cowboy Christmas Event Saturday December 21st from 10am to 5pm on Main St. in Boerne.
We know Boerne is going to bring the heat to this competition!
