Julia is a registered advanced yoga teacher with a specialist training in sports. She’s bringing a movement sequence to share with you that enhance your pole and aerial performance and potentially protect against injury if practiced regularly. Focusing on mobility, strength and stability, Julia will teach you the sequence in a light and fun way and then leave you with a written version to take away and add to your own regular training as per.
A nod to mindfulness and breathing, alongside visualisations/mantras to enhance your mental game will be included…bringing that yogic sparkle ✨
