Doors will be open from 1:30 pm and we finish at 4 pm.

We will begin with a dance warm up, then move into a guided dance journey with music to support you to begin slowly and gradually build up to an organic peak, then ually coming back down to a gentle ending. We will then move into sound and song together.

Please bring drums/rattles and musical instruments if you would like to join in with the sound and song part of the session.

These circles are for all of us to explore our voices, and the sound and song we co-create when we come together. These circles aren't about moving or singing in a certain way, they are there to guide us to free up our expression, our dance, our voice.

Something magical happens when we gather together in this way.

What to bring:

~ Comfy clothes to dance in

~ layer you can take on and off easily

~ water

~ something comfortable to sit on
